The EoS website provides its service which is a subject to the following Terms of Service, which may change from time to time. Therefore the user is advised to return to this pages occasionally.

Description

The Eternity of Spirit directory (EOS in the following) provides the users of this site with access to a spiritual, metaphysical, new age, and alternative repository, organized into a web directory structure (i.e. the Service). You understand that the Service may include communications from EOS in a form of announcements, newsletter, administrative message and that these communications are included into the Service. Any new feature which enhances the Service, should be subject to the Terms of Service.

Registration

If you choose to register a password protected user profile with EOS - which is required only if you want to submit multiple sites in an easier way - you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or EOS has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, EOS has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).

EOS MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SERVICE WILL NOT BE UNINTERRUPTED, THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE TIMELY, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS OF ANY KIND, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, AND (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
