HI! My name is I.M. Heart. I have feelings. So do you! Some of my feelings are happy, warm and loving. Others are grumpy, anxious and fearful. In my self help book, I.M. Heart, I share what I have learned about my own feelings. I encourage you to open your heart to listen to the feelings living there. They tell you who you are, what is important to you, and what you want. I've learned that I am full of feelings -- all kinds of feelings! So are you! Even when we are unaware of them, feelings influence our thoughts, words and actions. They can stop us in our tracks and send us into the depths of despair.
