Transcendental Meditation

Transcendental meditation is a type of meditation brought to the West by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in 1958. This technique is sometimes refered to simply as TM. The students of transcendental meditation claim it is scientifically validated and best suited against the stress of everyday life. This technique of meditation has several levels of practice, with the Sidhi progam as its advanced stage.
