Tarot

Tarot cards are of unknown origin. They are at least 6 to 8 centuries old, and are considered to be predecessors of the conventional playing cards of today. During the many generations of tarot decks, the scenes depicted in the cards have changed considerably. The very fact that today we still use tarot cards in divination and oracles is a confirmation of the life wisdom contained within.

Moreover, the Tarot cards can be looked at as a means to travel through the inner depths of our own beings.

There are 56 cards, which are called Minor Arcanas, which along with 22 Major Arcana cards, makes a total of Tarot deck cards.
